Open House without the House Showcases New Collaborative Living Vision and Affordable Flat-Pack Home Concept

Hosted by the collaborative partnership of StartUp Tablelands, PeoplePurposePlace and OnNaturesEdge, the event will showcase a new cost-friendly flat-pack home concept alongside a broader vision for collaborative living in regional communities.

The Open House follows the success of the Ginn Road Collaborative Housing Project, which demonstrated how people can come together to create affordable, supportive and resilient housing solutions. Building on those learnings, the partnership is now exploring new ways to make quality housing more accessible while strengthening social connection and community wellbeing.

Visitors will have the opportunity to:

• Tour the flat-pack home concept before the arrival of the product
• Learn about collaborative living models
• Explore sustainable and affordable housing options
• Meet the project team and ask questions
• Discuss future opportunities for community-led housing initiatives
