The cyclone-rated flatpack home for the On Nature’s Edge project is still awaiting a confirmed shipping schedule from China.
The container must travel via Singapore before continuing to Townsville. The current estimate remains late October, but no firm arrival date has been confirmed. Once a reliable date is available, the team plans to organise an event around its arrival.

Here’s a question for you: is no news good news?
We don’t have any more information about when the container from China will definitely be shipped. We don’t know when it will arrive in Singapore, and we don’t know how long transhipment will take before it gets onto a ship bound for Townsville.
They’re still estimating that it will arrive around the end of October.
There’s no news, so I can’t give you an update. As soon as we have one, particularly a definite arrival time, we’ll start putting an event together.
We’re already doing some planning. I’m not doing much of it because I’m not doing very well at the moment, but my wonderful team is working on it. We’ll put those plans into action as soon as we know when the container will be here.
